Cainbrook Project

This project was designed for a local custom builder who acted as the primary liaison between us and the client. The goal was to create a classic, one-story brick house with ample, well-lit interiors. We incorporated significant design elements like expansive fixed windows that seamlessly blended the indoor and outdoor spaces. Thoughtfully positioned courtyards and outdoor areas not only maximised the sunlight in the north-facing living areas but also brought a soft, filtered light indoors.

The bathrooms and kitchen were designed to be spacious and elegant, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the home. All spaces come together as the successful realisation of the clients vision for a comfortable, timeless dwelling.
