Bank Place Project

We had the opportunity to work on a noteworthy commercial project in a regional town. The project came about when a local committee approached us to design a new space for their community bank. They also wanted two small retail spaces that could be leased out to local small businesses.

The site presented challenges, especially concerning the land's natural slope and the necessity to minimise cut and fill. Through collaborative efforts with town planners, external consultants, structural engineers, and local builders, we arrived at a design that seamlessly integrated into the street frontage and existing infrastructure.

Inside, we meticulously planned the layouts, ensuring practicality and convenience for the users. The use of concrete tilt panels and timber-look architectural cladding not only added functionality but also enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the space. The end result was a well-crafted design that met the community's needs while blending seamlessly into the local environment.
