Step 1.

Discovering the Possibilities – Let Your Vision Take Shape

Begin with a first meeting where you can share your dreams and wishes.
Show us any pictures or ideas you have about how you want your home to look and feel.
Decide on a budget that works for you.
Tell us about your property and any information you have from buying the land.

Step 2.

Designing Your Dream – Giving Ideas Life

We'll look at your property carefully to understand its features and characteristics.
We'll create design plans that show how your home could look, including where rooms will be and how it will fit on your property. These designs will follow the rules and style of your area.
You'll review these designs and we'll make changes until it's just right for you.
Once the design is perfect, we'll either get cost estimates from builders or start working on the detailed construction plans.

Step 3.

Making Dreams Real – Paying Attention to Details

We'll use information about your property's soil and other details to complete the final design.
We'll create detailed construction plans that include things like energy efficiency, fire safety, and structural engineering, if needed. Once everything is ready, we'll give you and/or the builder all the plans needed to get a building permit.
